Managing groups (managers)
Managers are responsible for customizing and maintaining a group. As a group manager you have access to Management in the group menu. There, you can:
- Edit or change the Name and/or Description of the group.
- Specify if a group is Private or Public.
- Specify Permissions of the members of the group and Select members from the members database.
- Import members.
- Specify which options are available in the Menu on the left.
- Specify which Applications members and managers may Add.
- Set what will be displayed and what not under Reports and New since.
- Set what will be displayed and what not on the Startpage.
- Export all documents and files.
- Delete the group.
