A webmaster has management rights in all groups and has an additional page in which he can determine the settings. A user will become webmaster when he is added to the Webmasters User list. More about this feature below.

Webmasters use Setup to manage all users and settings in Viadesk.

• Click Setup in main menu.

The Setup page opens. You will see the following options:

Besides that, you can see how many users there are in your Viadesk and how many disk space there is left.
