The general Viadesk homepage Home is where all participants enter Viadesk. Here, the latest news and the latest changes of all groups are shown in a clear and attractive way. Home also provides access to all information and participants in Viadesk via the Search function and Abc. Of course someone sees only information he has access to.

Do you work with different (project) groups that are independent of each other, such as various customer projects? It is not always desirable to see the members of these independent groups at Home. You can easily customize:

• Go to Management > Start page.
• Remove the members block from the start page.
• Got to Management > Menu.
• Disable the menu item Members.

Via Home members can easily publish information and documents. Place here for example, news, photos of events or general documents such as procedures, manuals, white papers, etc. It is also possible to set permissions that members can add information in Home. Home is a place where all members can exchange information relevant to each other, ask questions about projects and start discussions on general issues. The webmaster can set the permissions:
