You can visit a group in several ways. From your Home you can click on a group. You can also enter a group from the Groups page. You will then enter the group via the Startpage of the selected group. On the left of the screen is the Menu.

A group can be added via the Groups page. The webmaster can set whether users are allowed to add a group: Setup > Groups > Settings.
