Viadesk 7.1 – improved design, easier to use

Our users tell us that they are happy with Viadesk 7.0. But we keep improving. Based on the feedback on Viadesk 7.0 we made a few minor adjustments with regard to user friendliness. The modification will contribute to the ease of use and help you find information that is relevant to you.

New in 7.1

One of the remarks that came is that the presentation takes up a lot of space and that this is not always beneficial to the general overview. So the detail view has been made more compact.

It will now also become easier to check all recent changes – when there are more then fice changes, you do not have to browse trough several pages. Just click 'Show all results' and all changes are listed.

Another change is the navigation: the new version allows you to navigate faster between the last visited groups and to adjust your personal settings.
