Work together
If you want to collaborate on e.g. a project with a selection of users, you may start a private group. You will still have the same functionalities available, but contributions in this group will be accessible only to the people who are authorized to participate in this group.
Version management
The version management feature allows you to work together on document or store new document versions without overwriting previous versions. The group page always shows the latest document version, so group members no longer have to search for the correct document on their hard disks, in their network or in e-mails.
